EW is a team of empowering and purposeful women, who come together to empower other women, to ignite, explore, expand potentials and true inner strengths through the experiences of each other. We believe that our collective actions will ripple out to create a more harmonious community.

EW brings in experienced coaches to support and empower women in the most practical ways. They coach to empower, love, connect with women’s inner resources, potentials and powers. As women, they know women’s strengths and vulnerabilities, and they coach with their loving beings, expertise in various sectors, and perspectives of lives.

We run interactive and experiential workshops, practical courses and empowering events to connect with women and facilitate transformation.
Between November 2023 and October 2024, we were privileged to have received funding from the Women Empowerment Fund under the Women's Commission of the HKSAR, to run 40 workshops on processing emotions for 110 women from a diverse background and age groups. These workshops were well received with positive feedback and results, details of the report can be accessed here:
